1-on-1 Personal Training

I will craft a workout routine specific to your goals, your current health, and your body’s needs. Previous injuries can cause limited mobility which result in inefficient workouts, movement patterns and worse, cause more damage. My goal is to make sure you learn how to move your body properly. Let me create the perfect training program for you. It’s my pleasure to give you the tools to take charge of your fitness routine and personal training is the best way to do it!

Small Group Training

My small group training programs are great if you’re looking for that personal touch, but want to workout with your partner, best friends, or coworkers! Semi-Private groups are still personalized fitness programs with a maximum of eight people so you’ll still get all the benefits of personal 1-on-1 training, but it can be more affordable as the cost is split between your group.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is essential to living a healthy lifestyle and a crucial part to your fitness routine. My nutrition coaching focuses on understanding and improving your behavior and relationship with food as well as easy to cook meal plans, grocery shopping lists, and more helpful tools to set you up for success in the kitchen. We will focus on making lasting changes, so you can lead a healthier lifestyle where you see all the benefits of our work together.
